The Opportunity

• Support the Project Manager/Project Commercial Manager in coordinating project deliverables
• Assist in monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule, including preparation of resource plans, basic project schedules, and review of project financial performance
• Project coordination between other design disciplines, project management, and operational support teams.
• Assisting with preparation of client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
• Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed, including requests for information (RFI) and scope change requests in liaison with the design team and client
• Interfacing with the design team to track and compile engineering progress information to assist EV analysis
• Support the Project Manager with project reporting as required.
• Support Project Manager/Commercial Manager with commercial tracking and monitoring for the project
• Assisting with tracking of Sub-contractor costs, reviewing invoices and monitoring payments
• Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical disciplines
• Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives.

Is this role right for you?
Required

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
• Good knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills essential for team-based working.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
• Interest in infrastructure and buildings projects.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role

Boston Hiring Range -
The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Boston, MA is $24.00 to $36.00 per hour. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Boston, MA will differ.
