- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding directory campaigns, providing updates, insights, and performance recommendations.
- Liaise with directory platform representatives to resolve issues, negotiate opportunities, and stay ahead of new features.
- Stay current on directory advertising trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align directory campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising or lead generation campaigns (directory advertising experience preferred).
- Proficiency with platforms such as Yelp Ads, Angi Ads, Thumbtack, Goodzer, and HomeAdvisor.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to drive campaign decisions.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in the home services industry is a plus (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, roofing).
- Ability to think strategically about campaign performance, ROI, and client growth opportunities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary with performance-based opportunities
- Fully remote, flexible work environment
