Northtowne Cycling, Cedar Rapids' century-strong cycling and fitness hub, is seeking a passionate Guest Service & Sales Expert to lead our front-of-house experience and help more people than ever discover the joy of movement.

This is more than a sales role—it's a leadership opportunity to shape how we serve, connect, and grow. You'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, guiding a vibrant team and evolving our systems to meet the changing needs of our community.

What You'll Do

• Help our community live happier and healthier lives through cycling and fitness.
• Work in a fun and cool setting - We talk about and sell bikes and accessories.
• Drive Sales with Integrity: Help guests find the right bikes, gear, and service solutions to support their health and happiness.
• Refine and Evolve: Collaborate on systems, processes, and tools that make us more efficient, more profitable, and more impactful.
• Build Community: Engage with local riders, families, and organizations to grow our reach and deepen our relationships.
• Champion the Vision: Be a key voice in Northtowne's long-term journey—helping us serve more people, more completely, than ever before.
