Stress-Free Auto Care is looking to add talented automotive technicians to our growing team. We're redefining the auto repair experience, offering a supportive, dynamic environment where your skills are truly valued.

With plans to expand from 22 locations to 45+ locations through 2026, we're offering an exciting opportunity to join a company that values your expertise and fosters career growth.

We are looking for experienced automotive technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Here's a bit about what you can expect at Stress-Free Auto Care:

Open Positions:

  • A Level
  • B Level
  • C Level

BONUS:

  • SMOG Inspection Cert - $3000
  • SMOG Inspection + Diag/Repair Cert - $6000
  • A Tech - $24K (Paid over 12 months)
  • B Tech - $18K (Paid over12 months)
  • C Tech/Tire Tech - $10K (Paid overc12 months)

Base Hourly Pay:

  • A Level: 7-10+ years of experience
  • $45-$70/hr + performance bonus
  • B Level: 2-7 years of experience
  • $35-$50/hr + performance bonus
  • C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience
  • $25-$32/hr + performance bonus
  • Tire Tech: 6 months+ experience
  • $24-$27/hr + performance bonus
