SVP, Enterprise AI and Architecture

IHG is a Top 3 global hospitality company looking for its next leader to drive growth. We are seeking a transformative leader for the role of
SVP, Enterprise AI & Architecture
, responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise-wide artificial intelligence strategy, advancing technical and data architecture, and championing tech innovation at scale.

This senior executive will lead AI strategy, architecture, corporate product transformation, and innovation delivery while playing a highly visible external-facing role — engaging with ownership groups, investors, Boards, strategic partners, and industry forums.

The SVP will report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and play a central role in positioning IHG as a technology-forward, data-intelligent organization operating with speed, accountability, and global relevance.

What We Need From You

• 20+ years of experience in transformational leadership, enterprise technology, architecture, data, digital transformation, technology disruption with a strong reputation and following.
• Proven track record of delivery as a Product & Technology leader.
• Proven success in building and scaling enterprise-wide technical strategies and platforms.
• Highly polished and experienced communicator with a track record of executive engagement: board presentations, investor relations, and media.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture (cloud-first, GCP preferred), data platforms, and AI/ML operationalization.
• Global experience and mindset navigating diverse markets, cultures, and regulatory environments.
• Hospitality experience preferred; if not, background in high transaction, high volume business.
• Qualities: Strategic thinker, bias for action, strong ability to influence.

IHG offers a highly competitive total incentive package for all leaders. The salary for this role is targeted to start at $325,000 base + bonus + incentives.
