Glasswing is a design shop in Seattle that brings together clothing, plants, home goods, and art under one roof. Our goal is to use design and our space to bring people together, building community one relationship at a time.

We're a small, tightly knit team looking for kind, compassionate, and genuine people to join us for the holiday season. This is a part-time, in-store role with the potential to continue into the new year.

An ideal candidate is friendly, well-spoken, and excited about connecting with people. We value individuals who are self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred, especially in high-end or design-focused spaces. An interest in design, clothing, or plants is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, thoughtful in-store experience for every visitor
  • Support customers through styling and product knowledge
  • Maintain overall shop presentation
  • Assist with receiving and restocking product as needed
  • Participate in in-store events and activations
  • Contribute to daily operations and team communication
