At SecureAuth, we are an Identity and Access management company with the mission to deliver the most secure and flexible authentication experience for workforce and customer identities to organizations around the world. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with our cross-functional teams to drive desired outcomes providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop a territory strategy for long term success to produce pipeline growth, drive sales opportunities, deliver repeatable and predictable billings.
- Orchestrate complex deals across diverse account set.
- Develop business plans, ROI and TCO which align to the customer's needs.
- Manage and maintain pipeline, MEDDIC, KPI's and all account information in Salesforce, keeping it up to date in real time.
- Build and maintain relationships with the channel.
- Ability to drive multiple relationships in and organization while building value.
- Interface and negotiate with C-Level to drive desired outcomes.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of PPT, Word and Excel
- Proficient in SalesForce
- Knowledge of Enterprise Software
- Proficient in Cloud, Saas, Access Management
- 8+ years of B-to-B enterprise selling experience preferably 2 years in Identity Access Management space.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience in selling six figure complex enterprise software solutions and ability to adapt in high growth, fast-growing, and everchanging environments and can quickly adapt.
- Effective and efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Business Acumen: Understand key aspects of business, e.g., business models and competitive positioning; also understand how business operates, including role of structure, systems, and processes; can speak in business language when applying professional expertise
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDIC
- Experience in the "C" suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives is required.
- Ability to show a proven track record of new business development and exceeding sales goals.

The US range for this full-time position is $250,000-$300,000 OTE. The offer is determined by a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, training, and geographic location. Please note that this base salary range does not include equity or benefits.
