We are a growing personal injury law firm seeking a driven and compassionate Marketing Assistant to join our team. Being a Marketing Assistant plays a critical dual role in driving new client growth through marketing campaigns, direct outreach initiatives, and targeted engagement efforts. This position leads all strategic marketing and client relations efforts to enhance the firm's profile and strengthen client engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance client relationships and support attracting more clientele. You will handle the client from initial engagement to handling the client intake, as well as providing assistance with legal assistant duties. This dual role will include assisting attorneys handling pre-litigation and litigation cases. You will be responsible for handling everything from client intake, document preparation, and case file management to day-to-day administrative support. You will handle matters in both Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client research to determine where to market

  • Reliable transportation is required for passing out flyers

  • Creating a route to distribute flyers

  • Plan and coordinate client events and sponsorships

  • Engage potential clients through community outreach

  • Track and analyze marketing effectiveness

  • Conduct initial intakes by gathering information about the incident and assess case eligibility based on firm's criteria

  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and legal documents

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and billing statements

  • Assist with mail, faxes, scanning, e-filing, and general office operations
