Senior Commercial Estimator – Savannah, GA

$125,000–$175,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A Savannah GC with a steady backlog of commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality work is hiring a Senior Estimator. You'll own the numbers, lead the bid, and help the team win and deliver the projects everyone in town talks about.

What you'll do

  • Build estimates from early concepts through final GMP.
  • Read drawings/specs, level subs, and produce accurate, competitive bids.
  • Push value options and constructability ideas that actually save time/money.
  • Work side-by-side with project execs, design teams, and owners.
  • Coach junior estimators and tighten up our estimating playbook.

What you bring

  • 7+ years estimating commercial or mixed-use projects.
  • Comfortable in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and digital takeoff tools.
  • Strong feel for current pricing and a solid sub network.
  • Able to juggle multiple bids and deadlines without dropping accuracy.
  • Team player who builds trust with clients and partners.
