We partner with HR and Marketing teams to source high-quality products, brand them, store inventory, and manage distribution for events, campaigns, new hire kits, and more.

Our custom client dashboard provides seamless inventory tracking and fulfillment management, ensuring a stress-free experience for our clients.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager who takes an owner's mentality—someone who treats our clients' success as their own and is committed to delivering outstanding results.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help shape the future of our growing company.As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs.

You will manage client accounts, oversee projects from start to finish, and identify opportunities to enhance client engagement through our offerings.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between Lavish Branding Group and our clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for branded merchandise, gifting programs, and fulfillment services.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with our sourcing, branding, and fulfillment teams to coordinate orders and inventory.
  • Educate clients on our custom dashboard, helping them track inventory and optimize product distribution.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement with our services.
  • Monitor account performance, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovative branding solutions to offer fresh ideas to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales, preferably in branding, marketing, or merchandising.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B sales or working with HR and Marketing teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools is preferred.
  • A passion for creative branding, promotional products, and high-quality client experiences.
