We're seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Dallas-based branded promotions team.

As a Promotions Assistant, you'll play a key role in executing live events, retail activations, and product promotions to drive awareness and sales for nationally recognized brands.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to pivot into a dynamic industry, we offer comprehensive training in event marketing, promotional sales, and customer engagement to set you up for success.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Represent client brands professionally at retail kiosks, pop-ups, and local events
  • Engage with customers to promote products and services
  • Demonstrate product value, answer questions, and overcome objections
  • Learn to close and process sales using digital tools
  • Track sales conversations and share feedback with clients and leadership
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down branded event displays
