Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on engaging with prospects through warm calling and nurturing relationships to convert them into valuable opportunities for our sales team.

Duties

  • Conduct warm and cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
  • Canvas Power Outage Neighborhoods .
  • Collect 12 months of Energy Bills.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and readiness to engage with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects, understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficient in warm calling techniques to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Background in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Experience in inside sales or general sales roles is a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new sales strategies.
  • 1 Objective is to schedule a virtual meet/In Person with Residential and Commercial Clients. We will require the energy bill to conduct free energy audits.
