This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in every stage of a transaction, from initial underwriting and market research to final closing and client relationship management. Working in our high-energy, collaborative environment, you'll contribute directly to JLL's mission of shaping the future of real estate by helping clients make informed investment decisions that drive their business success forward. What your day-to-day will look like:• Prepare comprehensive investment advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including conducting market research, building complex financial models, and composing executive summaries• Perform sophisticated financial modeling and underwriting of commercial real estate transactions using market data, JLL databases, and comparable sales to ensure accurate valuations• Manage the due diligence process and drive marketing and closing activities for each transaction while maintaining constant communication with Producers, market participants, and clients• Utilize databases and analytical tools to identify market trends and prepare compelling materials for client pitches and meetings• Review and analyze real estate documents including leases, loan documents, and appraisals to identify potential issues and concerns• Develop and recommend creative financing alternatives to present to senior team members and clients• Build and expand your professional network through client meetings, industry events, and participation in real estate trade organizations Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis environment, with mortgage or commercial real estate industry experience preferred• Proven commercial real estate underwriting experience with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills with ability to interface effectively with C-level executives• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information effectively• Self-motivated team player with exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with InDesign and real estate database systems• Fundamental understanding of execution strategies involving 4% and 9% LIHTC equity transactions• General knowledge of federal affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HAP, and legacy programs (202, 236, etc.)• Ability to analyze regulatory agreements associated with affordable housing assets• Experience in mortgage banking or investment sales advisory roles• Professional network within the commercial real estate industry• Familiarity with real estate financial modeling software and platformsLocation: OnsiteWork Shift: Standard Business Hours Location: On-site –Atlanta, GAJob Tags:CMGIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tablePersonalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical and emotional health.
