What will your day look like? As a Change Management Analyst Manager, you will:
- Evaluate the organizational impact of process and technology changes across business functions
- Coordinate with project leaders to plan and deliver change enablement strategies and tactics
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement efforts to foster alignment and minimize resistance
You will be a good fit as a Change Management Analyst Manager if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in change enablement, business transformation, or program support
- Familiarity with leading change frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter
- Proven success in building partnerships across diverse teams and business units
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for distilling complexity into clarity
