A highly reputable Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) firm is seeking a
Senior Forensic Engineer / Senior Project Manager
to join its Diagnostics Group in the Georgia office. This is a unique opportunity to work directly under the Managing Director, contributing to high-impact projects while accelerating your career growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects, with a focus on
restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics-related work
. This role also includes contributing to
business development
and the strategic growth of the Diagnostics Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals and assist with RFQ/RFP responses.
  • Develop and delegate project tasks; organize and review project documentation.
  • Conduct research on building codes and industry standards.
  • Lead the preparation of assessment reports and repair/design documentation.
  • Execute field investigations, including non-destructive testing (travel required).
  • Prepare repair drawings, details, and construction specifications.
  • Observe construction and installation of repairs/designs in the field.
  • Review site visit reports and meeting minutes.
  • Interact with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structures (preferred).
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated career growth.
  • Licensed
    Professional Engineer (PE)
    or
    Structural Engineer (SE)
    .
  • Strong technical expertise in building structural systems.
  • Experience in building restoration, parking rehabilitation, building enclosure issues, and forensic engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and structural design software (SAP2000, ETABS, RAM).
  • Comfortable working at vertical heights and on suspended scaffolding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain a strong customer service focus.
  • Proven ability to secure new clients and generate business.
