who you are:

  • make two-way door decisions quickly
  • fix things before being told they're broken
  • be comfortable with our stack (tsx, py, docker, llms, yolo, tesseract, postgresql, aws, react native ...)
  • have built real things that people use
  • thrive in chaos

what you'll do:

  • architecting systems used daily by thousands of folks at $B+ companies
  • building agent-swarm data pipelines that autonomously audit thousands of documents
  • maintaining infrastructure that scales
  • listening to users about their experience / problems / needs
  • shipping fast – because perfectionism kills progress.

real talk:

  • you'll work with the founding team and customers directly
  • the users' needs are more important than cool features and/or hype
  • the whole team works 6 days a week at our office
  • you'll be in SF: a lot of work, great weather and best tech ecosystem in the world
