Top Driver, one of the Midwest's largest private teen driving schools, is seeking motivated self-starters with prior customer service and/or office experience to join their friendly Customer Support Team. Our Customer Service Specialists provide support and direction to customers via phone, live chat and email. A typical day might include sharing information about our programs, enrolling students, trouble shooting online customer issues, scheduling appointments and processing payments all via our web based programs. Our office provides service and support to a wide variety of customers from various states and requires a broad knowledge base.

Candidates must have proven ability to multi-task and manage their time effectively as well as be articulate, friendly and helpful

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. The general Full-Time work schedule is Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 6:00 however it is flexible. We offer paid time off and a generous benefit package for Full-Time staff. Occasional daytime weekend shifts are also available.
