Overview

We are seeking team members with a Positive Can-Do Attitude as a skilled and Quality-conscious Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain our high standards in shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing deliveries and receipt of goods. Team members are expected to assist in maintenance, cleanliness and organization of the warehouse as well. We do it ALL to keep it safe.

This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations in receiving, as well as ensuring that products are handled safely and effectively.

What you'll do

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely to receive products.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed as part of our warehouse team.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve workflow.
  • Assist in packaging products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and meet quality standards.

Basic qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receiving operations
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking & packing.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.

Preferred qualifications

  • Reliable, trustworthy, can-do attitude.
  • Punctual to work every day, positive disposition, team player
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
