Duties

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Your role will involve overseeing all marketing activities, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies

  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing with a focus on advertising sales, performance marketing, analytics, social media marketing, Google tools, research, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing, and content marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of advertising sales and performance marketing strategies

  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their use in marketing

  • Familiarity with Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads

  • Excellent research skills to gather market insights and identify target audiences

  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video-creation/editing tools, etc. for designing marketing materials

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and creating effective email campaigns

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
