Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Lead Python Developer
to drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Python

, with strong leadership skills to mentor a team of developers and collaborate across business and technology units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust
    Python-based applications
    and
    microservices
    .
  • Architect and optimize
    API frameworks
    (RESTful or GraphQL) for scalability and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices for
    code quality
    ,
    testing
    ,
    CI/CD
    , and
    DevOps
    integration.
  • Work closely with
    data engineers
    and
    cloud architects
    to integrate back-end systems and data pipelines.
  • Ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years
    of software development experience, with at least
    3+ years in a lead or senior role
    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in
    Python (3.x)
    and frameworks such as
    FastAPI
    ,
    Flask
    , or
    Django
    .
  • Proven experience building and maintaining
    RESTful APIs
    and
    microservices architectures
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    object-oriented programming
    ,
    design patterns
    , and
    software architecture principles
    .
  • Strong experience with
    SQL
    and
    NoSQL databases
    (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Familiarity with
    Docker

  • Proficiency in
