Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer (MEP) specializing in HVAC/Sustainable Design. The position is located in Washington, DC. The Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing HVAC systems, developing sustainable design solutions, conducting detailed engineering calculations, and creating technical drawings. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, coordinating with other engineering disciplines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Experience in Project Management and Research and Development (R&D)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
  • Experience in sustainable design and LEED certification is a plus
