Psychology Associate / Licensed Counselor – Hybrid (Telehealth + In-Person)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a colleague who is:

• Passionate about social justice and committed to liberation psychology, anti-racism, anti-transphobia, and neurodiversity-affirming practices
• Experienced in or deeply interested in supporting marginalized clients, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities
• Open to discussing identity, privilege, and oppression in both client work and supervision
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team (and under supervision if provisionally licensed)
• Excited to be part of a community of colleagues where authentic connection matters

Responsibilities

• Design your own hybrid schedule including both Telehealth and in-person sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Maryland laws, insurance requirements, and practice policies
• Collaborate with clients' treatment teams (PCPs, psychiatrists, schools, etc.) as needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to client needs and inquiries

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (health service psychology) or counseling
• Current Maryland licensure as a psychology associate, LGPC or LCPC (or license-eligible)
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• BIPOC and LGBTQ+ applicants strongly encouraged to apply

Projected Total Compensation: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
