We're looking for Retail Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service and meet the sales goals for our small business.

We are currently hiring for the following shift:

  • 11:45pm - 8:00am

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. Dependability, critical thinking and the ability to collaborate with your team professionally will make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct customers to items in the store
  • Answer customer's questions about specific products
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Suggest items that meet the customer's needs
  • Store Cleanliness and Operations

We are New Fine Arts Shiloh, Dallas's most trusted name in adult shopping for over 25 years. Our mission is to make sexual wellness products available to adults in a shame-free & comfortable retail setting. Qualifications

Candidates for the Retail Store Associates position should possess core skills such as retail sales, stocking, and customer service. Premium skills like supervising experience and multilingual abilities are advantageous. Relevant skills in electronics sales and time management are also valued. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and team members. Proficiency in POS systems, basic math, and product demonstrations will be beneficial in this role.
