Part-Time Sales Coordinator

VEGAs Event Group is Central Texas' leading audio-visual entertainment company, producing unforgettable experiences for weddings, corporate events, galas, and large-scale themed activations. We're expanding our sales team and looking for an organized, motivated, and creative Sales Coordinator to work closely with our Lead Sales Representative to help grow business relationships and bring new opportunities to life.

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the Lead Sales Representative in all aspects of business development, client communication, and event sales coordination. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a full-time sales in the events and entertainment industry.

You'll play a key role in finding new business, managing leads, organizing client information, assisting with outreach, and assist in preparing proposals and quotes for exciting entertainment and AV experiences across Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead Sales Representative with daily sales operations and follow-ups.
  • Conduct research and outreach to identify new business opportunities, venues, and potential clients.
  • Support proposal creation, contracts, and data entry into our CRM (17hats).
  • Schedule meetings, walkthroughs, and calls between clients and sales team.
  • Track and organize incoming leads, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
  • Help maintain marketing lists, client databases, and promotional materials.
  • Attend select networking events, trade shows, or showcases to represent VEGAs Event Group.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management on outreach campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or customer service.
  • Strong computer and communication skills (Google Workspace, CRM, Excel, etc.).
  • Comfortable making follow-up calls and assisting with outreach.
  • Experience in events, hospitality, or marketing is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-Time: 20-35 hours per week (flexible schedule).
  • Occasional weekend or evening availability for events or showcases.
  • Compensation: Hourly pay + bonus opportunities based on performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
