This position is Full TIME - 100% Commission Based and UNLIMITED NO CAP on commissions earned.

This is not a "volume call center" role. It's about connection, transformation, and mastery of the close.

Who You Are

• You're a proven closer with 3+ years of experience in high-ticket coaching or consulting sales ($5K–$20K+).
• You consistently close 40%+ of qualified leads — and have the track record to prove it.
• You don't wait for "perfect" leads — you own every lead from the moment it enters the pipeline to the close (and beyond).
• You believe selling is serving. You lead with empathy and finish with excellence.
• You're a team player who loves collaboration and has a "get them over the line" mentality.
• You know how to use Go High Level (GHL) or are eager to master it fast.
• You're self-led, disciplined, and thrive in a high-performance culture.

What You'll Do

• Manage and convert qualified leads using our neuroscience-based sales system.
• Own every prospect — from first contact to signed contract — and ensure a world-class experience.
• Follow up, nurture, and support prospects through text, voice notes, and DM until they're ready to say yes.
• Collaborate with setters, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding.
• Track and report sales data inside our CRM (Go High Level).
• Participate in weekly performance and mindset training to continually sharpen your edge.

You MUST:

Live in the USA. Have a working environment that shows 7-8 figure business owners you are a pro. You Must be available for calls Mon - Fri 8 am to 6 pm and Sat hours if needed. Be willing to travel to support sales at in person events. You must have sold BUSINESS COACHING programs.
