Account Executive
Location:Onsite 2 Days a week in Saddle Brook, NJ

Pay:
100k-125k/300k OTE~

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the skilled nursing sector through innovative SaaS solutions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the skilled nursing sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective SaaS solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and offerings.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS to the skilled nursing/ Long term care space or related.
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of skilled nursing services and the healthcare landscape is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software is a plus.
