Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health education. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical exams and assessments.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide health education and preventive care counseling to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Adhere to all clinic protocols, policies, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma.
  • Current DEA certification (or eligibility to obtain).
  • BLS/ACLS certification (as applicable).
  • Minimum [X] years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
