Join the THS fleet as a Company Driver operating either a hotshot (1-ton + 40ft trailer) or a tractor-trailer (53') for OTR freight. We run hotshot, flatbed, dry van, and expedited lanes across the lower 48. Competitive weekly pay, consistent miles, and strong operational support.

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL company drivers ready to run OTR with reliable home time and professional support.

Responsibilities

  • Operate company-assigned hotshot or tractor-trailer units for OTR freight
  • Haul hotshot, flatbed, dry van, over-dimensional, and expedited loads as assigned
  • Maintain full DOT compliance, including ELD use, daily inspections, and safety checks
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and follow load instructions accurately
  • Submit all required documents (BOL, POD, etc.) promptly
  • Keep equipment clean and report maintenance needs immediately
  • Represent THS professionally with shippers, receivers, and customers
  • Follow all OTR trucking operational standards and safety requirements

Requirements

  • Active Class A CDL
  • 6+ months OTR experience (hotshot or tractor-trailer)
  • Ability to run 2,500–3,000+ miles per week
  • Clean MVR (no major violations)
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Knowledge of ELD systems and basic mobile apps
  • Willingness to run OTR with reliable availability
  • Hazmat endorsement preferred (not required)
