Ready to be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly? Travel Guard is hiring a Licensing Coordinator in our Stevens Point, WI or Houston, TX office. As our Licensing Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for licensing and compliance, partnering with our sales team and distribution partners to make sure they are operating in a compliant manner. From setting up new accounts to updating key demographics, you'll be the organizational powerhouse we rely on. What's the job?
- You'll partner with distribution partners and sales team to ensure licensing meets state requirements.
- You'll update demographic changes on licenses for distribution partners.
- You'll work with internal partners (finance team and distribution center) for returned commission checks, research, contact, and update necessary demographic information.
- You'll set up new accounts and assist with licensing, if needed.
- You'll complete license applications (online and/or paper), request checks, and set follow-ups.
- You'll ensure compliance with state regulations based on how the customer is operating.
What are we looking for?
- You'll possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
- You'll have a strong attention to detail and be meticulously organized.
- You'll display exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You'll possess the ability to effectively work across multiple computer screens and programs.
- You'll have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
