Project Administrator

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Administrator in Litchfield, AZ for a long-term project. Qualified candidates will be helping with administrative and front office tasks.
Duties:
- Administrator for time tracking system
- Coordinate with Staffing Agencies for timecard approvals, recruitment and on-boarding
- Handles and prepares outgoing and incoming mail
- Ships and receives packages
- Processes correspondence, letters, forms, reports and various documents
- Issues purchase orders for material and subcontract labor
- Keeps customers and vendors informed of changes and status updates
- Maintains various filing systems
- Assists in project-specific employee on-boarding
- Maintains office supplies
- Ensures latest posters are displayed
- Assists with Tool Tracking (PIC's keys, gas monitors, etc.)
- Organizes travel arrangements (hotels, flights)
- Assists with expense reports
- Issues drug screens for required random testing
- Helps resolve billing issues
- Helps IT resolve issues with any/all technology tickets
- Creates Service Reports in Excel
Compensation:
- Hourly rate between $18/hr - $26/hr
- M/V/D benefits
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, site coordination, or project support roles within construction or engineering environment
- Familiarity with time tracking systems
- Skilled in using software, such as MS Office suite of programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, visitors, and internal staff
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
