Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Administrator in Litchfield, AZ for a long-term project. Qualified candidates will be helping with administrative and front office tasks.

Duties:

  • Administrator for time tracking system
  • Coordinate with Staffing Agencies for timecard approvals, recruitment and on-boarding
  • Handles and prepares outgoing and incoming mail
  • Ships and receives packages
  • Processes correspondence, letters, forms, reports and various documents
  • Issues purchase orders for material and subcontract labor
  • Keeps customers and vendors informed of changes and status updates
  • Maintains various filing systems
  • Assists in project-specific employee on-boarding
  • Maintains office supplies
  • Ensures latest posters are displayed
  • Assists with Tool Tracking (PIC's keys, gas monitors, etc.)
  • Organizes travel arrangements (hotels, flights)
  • Assists with expense reports
  • Issues drug screens for required random testing
  • Helps resolve billing issues
  • Helps IT resolve issues with any/all technology tickets
  • Creates Service Reports in Excel

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate between $18/hr - $26/hr
  • M/V/D benefits

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration, site coordination, or project support roles within construction or engineering environment
  • Familiarity with time tracking systems
  • Skilled in using software, such as MS Office suite of programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, visitors, and internal staff
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
