We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Executives by helping identify new business opportunities, maintaining sales materials, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales process. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn the digital media landscape, gain exposure to sales strategies, and grow within a fast-paced, innovative media company.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your core responsibility as a Sales Coordinator will be to provide prospecting and administrative support to our Sales Executives, ensuring they can focus on pitching and closing business.
- Research and identify potential advertising partners in designated markets and/or industries.
- Enter accurate and up-to-date CRM data for pipeline visibility.
- Craft outreach sequences for Sales Executives to use for specific prospecting initiatives and promotions.
- Build and maintain lead lists using CRM tools and other platforms.
- Provide timely, high-quality support onsales materials when necessary.
- Support Sales Executives during periods of leave, ensuring continuity in prospecting and client communication.
- Support team projects and special initiatives as needed.
- Learn the ins and outs of media sales and grow into a Sales Executive role.
- Have an ear to the ground – stay in the know and identify new opportunities for brand engagement and prospecting.
- Live and breathe the 6AM City brand.

- Experience: 1-2 years working in a digital marketing/sales role or similar.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- Communicator: Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious & Driven: Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a media sales organization.
