The Senior Producer leads cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex game development and engineering projects. This role is responsible for driving the full production lifecycle — from concept to launch — ensuring milestones, deliverables, and technical dependencies are met on schedule and within scope. Operating as both a strategic partner and executional leader, the Senior Producer aligns creative vision with technical implementation, balancing priorities across design, engineering, and QA teams. The role requires exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills to foster collaboration, manage risks, and maintain development velocity in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional development teams across engineering, design, art, and QA to deliver high-quality game features, systems, and content on schedule and within scope.
  • Own project timelines and execution, maintaining accountability for milestone planning, sprint cadence, and release readiness across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate closely with Director, Gaming Operations and Technical Director to ensure cross-discipline delivery alignment.
  • Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage project backlogs, track progress, define workflows, and document key development decisions and processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across teams using Slack, Confluence, and other collaboration tools, ensuring that all stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the development cycle.
  • Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement across production teams.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying roadblocks, dependencies, and resourcing issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with technical and creative leads to translate product vision and design goals into actionable production plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Champion team culture and performance, mentoring producers and coordinators, fostering accountability, and supporting professional growth within the production team.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to leadership, providing transparency on progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones..
  • Contribute to process refinement and tool optimization, driving efficiencies in communication, tracking, and delivery pipelines.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and production teams, translating strategic objectives into clear, executable action plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Production, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field and 10+ years of production or project management experience in game development, with a proven record of delivering complex projects from concept to launch.   • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, art, and QA in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, and milestone delivery.
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and reporting; adept at using Slack and other collaboration tools to drive communication and alignment.
  • Skilled in identifying dependencies, managing risks, and maintaining development velocity across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and partner effectively with technical and creative stakeholders.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and supporting hybrid teams and fostering an inclusive, accountable team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Manager, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Passion for gaming, technology, and innovation, with awareness of industry trends and development best practices.
  • Experience publishing and prior record of shipping live titles in the gaming industry

The pay scale the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting is $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and other business or organizational needs.
