Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Police and Security Dispatcher to join our team at our main headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

As a Police and Security Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our contracted properties. You will be responsible for monitoring live security cameras, reviewing officer activity reports, and ensuring compliance with site-specific protocols.

In the event of criminal or suspicious activity, you will take immediate action by dispatching local law enforcement or appropriate response teams. Your attention to detail and ability to respond effectively are essential to the success of our security operations.

Pay and Benefits:

Starting at $19.00 per hour

Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K

Schedule:

Wednesday: 11pm-5:00am

Thursday-Saturday, 5:30pm-5:00am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze staff reports and activities to ensure compliance with site-specific instructions.
  • Monitor live camera feeds of contracted properties to detect and address any potential security concerns.
  • Dispatch local law enforcement as needed in response to criminal or suspicious activities.
  • Maintain clear and accurate communication with security personnel, local police, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to maintaining a secure environment and ensuring client satisfaction through effective monitoring and response.

Qualifications:

  • Must have the ability to multitask and write detailed notes.
  • Must have basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check/criminal history.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test.
  • Must be able to write professional reports and emails using proper English and grammar.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Previous experience in a security or dispatch role is preferred.
