Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:
At LaserAway, the Scheduling Coordinator role is vital in monitoring employee coverage in our clinics. They are responsible for handling all locations with daily, and monthly staffing needs with the medical and sales departments following state, company, and individual location guidelines to ensure that patient care and store staffing are appropriately addressed.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, reports, and posts on-call schedules of clinicians and sales team members
- Handle emergent scheduling concerns for the Sales/Medical team, filling daily callouts, as well as extended leaves such as COVID, LOA, and resignations.
- Manage, and monitor the employee hotline to provide real-time updates/coverage to the Sales/Medical team when changes occur.
- Notifies appropriate personnel of call-ins and securing coverage
- Maintains accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues
- Accurately enters and maintains data relative to assigning on-call shifts using company software programs (Slack, Google Sheets, SnapSchedule, or Deputy, 8x8)
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
- Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Functions effectively as part of a team
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
