Oaks Inc is always looking for talented, dedicated individuals to join our team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Roofing and Siding Technicians to join Oaks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and performing repairs on a variety of roofing and siding systems. This role requires a hands-on professional who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service.

If you have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in roofing and siding, can assess damage, determine repair needs, and work across various materials, we want to hear from you

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • **Valid Driver's License required.**
  • Proven experience in roofing, siding installation, or related construction fields.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing and siding work.
  • Strong understanding of trim carpentry techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
  • Knowledge of remodeling processes is a plus.
  • Must be able to plumb structures correctly to ensure proper alignment during installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Siding: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Roofing repair: 5 years (Preferred)
