Join a Federal Contract supporting a government-backed loan program as a Credit Analyst. The position is fully onsite and potential for full-time (W2) or part-time roles. Multiple positions available and must live in the Greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, the District, or Maryland.
Requirements:U.S. CitizenshipBachelor's in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Similar 5+ years of experience in federal and commercial underwritingFamiliarity with GAAP, FCRA, and OMB Circular A-129Skilled in complex debt structuring and assessing private sector project financeTechnology Sector underwriting experienceMust pass Federal Background CheckSkills:Assess applicants' financial capacityEnsure compliance with applicable regulationsIdentify and mitigate credit risksSupport the development of well-documented, risk-adjusted underwriting decisionsContribute to loan structuringAssist in effectively communicating decisions to applicantsPreferred:Masters or MBAFederal Government Loan experienceProgram Management Professional certification, CPA, Chartered Financial AnalystIf you are a highly motivated individual with the ability to solve complex issues, take on new responsibilities, build relationships and think in unique and innovative ways, we are looking for you
