Summary:

We are seeking a PowerBI & AI Project Manager to join our team. This role is designed for someone who has a strong understanding of business intelligence tools, especially PowerBI, and is enthusiastic about AI and data analytics. The ideal candidate will actively seek ways to leverage our data from PlacerAI, Salesforce, and Yardi, working with both internal teams and external vendors to present this data in new and impactful ways. This is not a developer or coder role but a project management-focused position that will lead the implementation of AI and data visualization projects. You will work closely with executives and department heads to understand their needs and propose innovative data solutions that drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage and lead projects focused on data integration, AI solutions, and PowerBI reporting, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Data Presentation & Visualization: Collaborate with teams to identify data needs and design PowerBI dashboards, reports, and other data presentation tools to provide actionable insights.
  • AI Solutions Implementation: Work with third-party vendors and partners to find and implement AI tools that enhance data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly collaborate with executives, VPs, and department heads to understand their data needs and provide innovative data solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including leasing, property management, finance, and IT, to implement data-driven solutions and AI tools.
  • Business Intelligence Strategy: Develop and recommend strategies for improving the presentation and use of data across the company.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing data processes, tools, and reporting structures.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Document AI solutions, reporting tools, and key performance metrics.
  • Training & Support: Ensure team members are equipped to use PowerBI and new AI tools, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 2 years focused on PowerBI and data presentation.
  • Experience with AI-driven projects in data analytics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with PlacerAI, Salesforce, and Yardi platforms or similar commercial real estate tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and working with vendors.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies for business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
