The Quality Assurance manager will take leadership and will be responsible in managing teams indirectly of different disciplines to produce desired results in a timely manner. Quality Assurance manager will also read, understand and be responsible for the management of all materials, updating and delivery reports, management, and delivery of procedures program to be improved, developed, and deployed, outlined in JLL / CyrusOne playbook, master service agreement (MSA), and specifically Schedule 02.1 (Base Services).CEM Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible help develop, and administer the incident management procedures, and the optimized PM procedure programs, to include but not limited to trainings, for office, electrical, and mechanical equipment Gray and White spaces. Development of reliability related operating procedures, which will need to be in place and available for review. As well as development of corrective actions which accurately address the event and prevent recurrence. Manage operations and audits programs administered throughout the electrical, mechanical equipment for Gray and White spaces.Applied JLL Playbook (s) Best PracticesApplied data center work rules.Switching communication protocolSign in sheet / log in programDual custody / two-man rule written policy.Whip Installation and removal policyAsset accuracyRoot Cause analyticsCorrective action follow ups and reportingRESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for daily management through the life cycle of the critical management program, standards, policies, processes, and guidelines.Define the program controls, processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the JLL / CyrusOne programs as outlined.Develop and management of timelines for review and execution to obtain desire results.Accountable in the development of efficient strategies and tactics.Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across the various disciplines and programs.Manage the program budgets as applicable or required.Manage the risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur.Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various disciplines and programs with-in the program [procedure pre-works program, etc.]Manage and utilize champion resources across the various sites / region in support of delivery and execution programs.Manage the relationship of the stakeholders who are involved with delivery of the program execution.Development of a operational audit program [MSA 2.1, 3.12.3, 3.14, 3.16] that is managed and tracked daily, weekly monthly, eventually becoming a cultural infusion of habits / behaviors of the business operations needs and objectives.Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected procedure management and there model program / projects.Determine suitable strategies and objectives, make sure deliverables are aligned across model programs, stakeholders and the sites, regions – consistently.Coordinate cross-utilization, pollination, collaboration of teams executing program activities, helping each other stand up the model programs,Evaluate site teams' Regional Facilities Managers, Facility Managers, Chief Engineers and other staff on delivery of procedure program performance, delivery and execution.Develop and control deadlines, timelines, schedules, and activities,Apply change, risk, and resource management needs / expectations.Responsible for the programs administered by people and/or vendors work rules related to model program procedures [SOPs, MOPs, EOPs].Assess program performance and aim to maximize productivity.Prepare reports on progress of project to senior leadership,Development of the Train the Trainer programPosition could require up to 30-40% travelMaintain records on all program initiatives.Performs additional job duties as requested.Estimated compensation for this position:137,500.00 – 154,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
