Job Description
As a Security Guard - Healthcare Patrol Rounds in Mountain View, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site procedures, maintaining thorough and accurate records.Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as situations require.Assist in controlling access to designated areas within the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry points as directed by site policies.Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
