Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 to lead our Healthcare Food Service team at Medstar Union Memorial Hosptial located in Baltimore, Maryland. Medstar Union Memorial Hospital evolved from 20-bed to a 223-bed hospital with more than 2,500 employees and a medical staff of more than 620 physicians 

What You'll Do

The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations and manage a team of approximately 50 staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.

  • have oversight of day-to-day retail operations
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;  
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met
