Job Description

A mid-size manufacturing firm in South Seattle is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-time Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month project. This position requires working onsite from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role involves supporting the recruitment process with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Post job listings daily on the company website.
• Call and vet candidates who apply to the postings.
• Schedule and calendar 3-5 interviews per day for recruiters to conduct onsite.
• Conduct preliminary screening questions with candidates.
• Walk the manufacturing floor and build relationships with employees.
• Perform data entry tasks related to recruitment.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires.
• Provide administrative support in HR, including calendaring and talent acquisition.
• Engage in customer service activities related to recruitment.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Bamboo, Workday, or similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry and administrative support.
• Experience in HR administration and recruitment.
• Customer service skills.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing setting, requiring the ability to move around the floor to engage with employees. The role is entirely onsite, offering free parking. Opportunities exist to work up to 40 hours overtime and potentially assist with more technical recruitment after the initial project phase. The dress code is appropriate for a manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract position based out of NA, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $27.00/hr.
