The Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial Director of School Partnerships to architect and drive our growth throughout Oklahoma. This is a high-impact, leadership role where you will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle—from market strategy and initial engagement to contract negotiation and launch. You will act as the face of our organization, building a robust network with key decision-makers in school administration and district offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive statewide strategy to establish new school and district-level partnerships.
  • Cultivate and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities through strategic outreach, consultative meetings, and professional presentations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to superintendents, principals, and counselors, aligning our program with their student success and career readiness objectives.
  • Lead partnership negotiations and oversee the finalization of agreements.
  • Represent ASVAB Edge Academy at relevant state and regional education events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership to help shape program offerings and growth strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A proven track record in K-12 educational sales, strategic partnerships, or business development at a leadership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex district-level sales cycles and build relationships with C-level decision-makers.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-directed, results-oriented leader who thrives in an autonomous environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Oklahoma K-12 landscape and a firm commitment to student-data privacy (FERPA) standards.

Compensation & Structure:

This is a contract role designed for a top performer. Compensation is commission-based, directly rewarding the successful execution of strategic partnerships, with no arbitrary earning cap. High achievers are eligible for significant performance bonuses and will be the prime candidate for a promoted Regional Director position with equity considerations upon successful market expansion.
