Team Summary: Within NOA's Business Analytics & Planning (BAP) department, this role will support deeper and wider cross-functional collaboration with inventory planning and further enhance optimal decision-making regarding inventory strategy.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
· Develops and implements inventory control procedures and strategies for all channels of the business, with continuous development of KPI's.
· Maps processes, provides analysis, and recommendations for inventory data and trends, import schedules, and contingency planning and identify and address areas of opportunity and risk.
· Consults with demand planning teams to form inventory strategy and purchase recommendations across all sales channels.
· Develops monthly purchase forecasts for all finished goods.
· As the primary stakeholder, supports business integration of new and scaling sales and operations planning processes for all channels.
· Maintain all Finished Goods Product lifecycle, partnering with the Inventory Operations and Applications (I&OA) teams to ensure readiness for purchase orders to Nintendo Company Limited (NCL).
· Optimizes PLC (Product Life Cycle) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems with operational teams.
· Competent with Product Lifecycle (PLC) systems and partnering with product lifecycle teams to ensure readiness for purchase orders and downstream workflows, including Business Intelligence architecture.
· Act as the primary liaison between NOA and NCL's operations planning for all work-back schedules and contingency planning.
· Report on NOA's inventory health and mitigate against risks at all stages of pending and expected receipts, to include all modes of in-bound transportation. Facilitates task force contingency planning to mitigate against inventory risks to the business.
· Optimize LatAm's business with supply planning in support of the regions' complex and unique supply chain requiring additional consideration and inventory planning.
· Monitor industry trends, and stay abreast of regulatory and trade impacts to global business partners.
· May assist, train, or mentor less experienced peers.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
· 7+ years of related experience in Supply Chain or Inventory/Supply Planning.
· Fundamental understanding of various forecast methodologies both quantitative and qualitative.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and influence a variety of audiences including senior leadership.
· Excellent analytical and problem resolution skillset in an ambiguous environment.
· Import/Customs experience helpful.
· Bilingual and bicultural Japanese experience valuable but not required.
· Excellent reporting and visualizaton skills with large sets of data required.
· Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
· APICS and/or IBF (SCM) certification an advantage.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $117,400 - $211,300 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
