The anticipated starting salary range for Seattle, W.A. based individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000.00/Yr. - $70,000.00/Yr. 

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Overview:

Audacy is looking for a Sales Project Manager professional to assist the sales team. The Sales Project Manager will assist the sales team with ideation, strategy, pricing, project management and activation to help close significant business with local, multi-market regional clients. The Sales Project Manager will support projects including integrated marketing rate requests that require work with presentations and proposals, vetting accounts, scheduling, tracking projects, invoicing, and some post-sale activation. We're looking for someone with a passion for media, partnerships, and client/partner solutions. A collaborative spirit, results-oriented mindset, and ability to handle many projects at once are a must.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Account Executive to provide the highest levels of sales excellence to high priority client accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Facilitate copy production, providing copy translation when needed, and ensuring client spot approval.
  • Work with the traffic department handling matters concerning copy, order entry, coop facilitation and continuity.
  • Maintain updated station information for sales presentations such as media kits, one-sheets and talent bios.
  • Provide renewal/upsell insights to sales partner.
  • Accompany Account Executives on key client meetings/calls.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Required & Preferred:

  • Computer skills required, with a focus on Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Knowledge of Photoshop and Wide Orbit, and vCreative a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking, deadline driven, self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and highly dependable multi-tasker, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt efficiently in a fast-moving environment to complete tasks without compromising quality.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
