We are a fast-growing marketing and fundraising firm that partners with nonprofit organizations and national brands to deliver impactful campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Our mission is to connect brands and organizations with audiences through live events, outreach campaigns, and promotions.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Business Development Associate. No experience is required—full paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote campaigns, events, and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to support business growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to execute campaigns successfully
  • Track and report client interactions and campaign performance
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting promotional events and outreach activities
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and eager to learn
  • Organized, dependable, and professional
  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or events is a plus, but not required
