Are you a driven, proactive person who loves connecting with people and turning conversations into opportunities? At Goomi Group, we're transforming corporate wellness by delivering innovative programs to companies across the globe — and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to help us grow.

In this role, you'll work directly alongside our Head of Sales, gaining hands-on experience in every part of the sales process. From outreach and relationship-building to joining live sales calls and helping close deals, this is a high-impact opportunity to grow into a larger sales role while making a real difference.

What You'll Do

  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Make a high volume of outbound calls to connect with new prospects, spark conversations, and create opportunities
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Connect with prospects through meaningful conversations, follow-ups, and personalized communication that builds trust and opens doors.
  • Support Sales Calls: Sit in on discovery and sales calls to learn the process, provide support, and help move opportunities forward.
  • Develop and Track Pipelines: Deliver qualified leads to the sales team and track progress to ensure a steady, measurable flow of opportunities.
  • Research and Strategize: Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities through research, trend analysis, and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with leadership on business strategies and provide input on how we can improve and scale.

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for sales, relationship-building, and helping companies solve problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with tools like LinkedIn, GSuite, and Excel. (Familiarity with and is a plus.)
  • A proactive, "figure it out" attitude with the drive to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work East Coast hours.

Pay

  • $20 per hour (20 hours per week) *MUST BE ABLE/WILLING TO WORK EAST COAST HOURS*
