Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process incoming inventory:

Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Properly label and sort inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.

Communicate with the procurement team to address discrepancies or damages.

2. Store inventory in a safe and organized manner:

Ensure items are properly stacked, labeled, and secured to prevent damage or

loss.

Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.

3. Pick and pack orders for shipping:

Efficiently locate and retrieve items from designated storage areas.

Carefully package products to prevent damage during transit.

Follow established packing procedures, including labeling and documentation.

4. Maintain inventory records:

Update inventory databases and systems with real-time data.

Track product expiration dates and rotate stock as necessary.

Generate inventory reports and share insights with the management team.

5. Load and unload trucks:

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure proper loading and securing of cargo.

Perform safety checks on equipment before and after use.

6. Perform other duties as assigned:

Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

Support the organization of the warehouse and maintain a clean work

environment.

Collaborate with team members to address ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications

1. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Demonstrated capability to handle heavy loads safely and with proper lifting techniques.

Proficiency in using material handling equipment to assist in moving heavy items.

Willingness to undergo regular physical fitness assessments to ensure continued strength

and stamina.

2. Strong organizational skills

Proven track record of maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Proficiency in categorizing, labeling, and shelving inventory for quick retrieval.

Ability to create and maintain efficient storage systems to maximize space utilization.

3. Attention to detail:

A keen eye for inspecting products, shipments, and documentation for accuracy.

Consistent focus on maintaining accurate records and data entry.

Commitment to identifying and reporting discrepancies in inventory or orders.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks without constant supervision.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work harmoniously within a team.

Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and assist colleagues as needed.
