Senior Full Stack Agentic Engineer
We're looking for engineers who use AI agents and tools as core parts of their development workflow—not as novelties, but as practical accelerators that help ship better code faster.
You understand that modern development means leveraging every available tool, from AI pair programming to automated code generation to intelligent testing. You've moved beyond copy-pasting from ChatGPT to orchestrating complete development workflows with AI assistance.
What makes us different:
We're a 100% US based software development agency where AI-assisted development is standard practice. Our engineers use agentic tools throughout the development lifecycle, from planning through deployment. We need someone who shares this approach and can help our clients leverage AI effectively.
Here's what that looks like day-to-day:
- Client-centric problem-solving.
Translating client business needs into technical requirements and explaining AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders. - Team Collaboration.
Work closely with teammates to design and build foundational software projects - Continuous learning and tooling refinement.
Actively exploring and integrating the latest AI development tools and best practices into your workflow. - Workflow planning, decomposition and orchestration.
Breaking down complex engineering problems into smaller, manageable tasks that AI agents can effectively accelerate or solve. - Direct client engagement.
Working closely with clients to understand their needs and advise them on how they can enhance their products.
What you'll be doing:
Building high-quality, full-stack applications using AI tools to accelerate development at every stage. You'll leverage agentic workflows for architecture planning, implementation, testing, and debugging. When clients need AI-powered features, you'll integrate LLMs, implement RAG systems, and create intelligent experiences that deliver real business value.
You'll work directly with clients to implement solutions, and when appropriate, help them understand how AI can enhance their products.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of full stack software development experience
- Strong full-stack chops: TypeScript, React, Postgres
- Familiarity with cloud/container based infrastructure best practices (AWS & Docker)
- Proficient with AI development tools:
Daily use of Claude, Cursor, Augment, GitHub Copilot, or similar - Experience with prompt engineering and achieving consistent, high-quality outputs from LLMs
- Comfortable integrating AI features: API integrations, RAG implementations, intelligent search, content generation
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs and iterate to improve quality
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset—you care about shipping, not just coding
- Self-sufficient but collaborative when needed
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI integration frameworks
- Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models
- React Native/Expo experience
- PM experience or SCRUM certification
- AWS certification(s)
- Consulting or agency background
What sets you apart:
- You think in terms of AI-assisted workflows and systems
- You can decompose complex problems into tasks that AI can help accelerate
- You know when to leverage AI and when to code from scratch
- You can explain AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders
- You stay current with AI development tools and best practices
Compensation:
$125K - $140K + benefits
Our benefits:
- Competitive salary
- A fully remote team
- Employee profit sharing program
- Mandatory vacation policy
- Paid maternity/paternity leave policy
- Fully company paid phone plan for both business and personal use
- Company paid long and short-term disability
Our values:
We execute with intention toward our client's goals. We're proactive, not reactive. We adapt and grow. We put the team first. We're self-sufficient yet self-aware – we know when to ask for help. And we treat every client's success as our own—because that's what a founder's mindset looks like.
Ready to join a team that's embracing the future of software development? Let's talk.
