Full-Time Engagement Professional
in downtown Chicago In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team providing strategic solutions for our clients, including Fortune 500 companies, mid-market firms, and fast-growing enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to lead and execute on high-level initiatives related to finance, accounting, business systems, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, realize cost savings, and strengthen financial reporting.
  • Support key audits, acquisitions, mergers, and financial system upgrades or implementations.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to meet client-specific needs while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Adapt quickly to new clients, industries, and challenges, bringing thought leadership and technical expertise to every engagement.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or consulting, ideally including management roles.
  • Expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and management reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure situations and think strategically about business challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to executives or boards.
