The Role

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll inspect, diagnose, and treat homes and businesses for pests using professional, approved methods. You'll be the face of Beebes in the field, representing our standards of reliability, safety, and customer care.

We'll train the right person — if you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and are willing to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

• Perform inspections, treatments, and follow-ups according to label and safety requirements.
• Identify and treat for pests such as ants, spiders, termites, rodents, pigeons, and more.
• Set traps or bait stations as needed and remove dead rodents or debris after treatment.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, service plans, and follow-up.
• Document services and notes accurately using our mobile app before leaving each job.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and use company-provided PPE and materials safely.
• Respond promptly and professionally to reservice calls — no excuses, just solutions.
• Participate in continuous training and licensing opportunities as the company grows.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean 12-month MVR.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics/crawl spaces.
• Willing to pass a background check and drug screening prior to hire.
• Professional appearance (no facial piercings or visible tattoos).
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late afternoons, and Saturdays.
• Certification/license preferred but not required — we will train the right individual.
